My beginnings are humble
Ever since I was little, I dreamed of being a baker. I remember watching cooking shows with mother and looking through magazines for any information I could get my hands on. Even though I had a big interest in it, I never had the opportunity to actually do it. As someone who came from a town that was summer year round, using ovens were unheard of and everything was purchased from the store. Then I moved to US and my baking hobby officially began.
However, It wasn’t until a couple years ago that I decided to dive into the culinary world professionally. I completed culinary school and couldn’t be any happier with the choice I made. Through my dedication and hard work, I was able to obtain second place at the Atlantic City Baking Expo cake competition and was awarded “Baker Of The Year” at my graduation ceremony.
