How far in advance should I order?

It is never too early to place an order! Generally, I am booked about 2 weeks in advance, but my availability can change at any time. Always feel free to reach out with any inquiries.
 

Do you require a deposit?

To hold your date, I require a  DEPOSIT OF 50% of the project’s total (after you “ok” the project’s invoice). This can be paid by check, money order, PayPal, or Venmo. Your place is not secured in my calendar until the deposit is paid; I receive inquiries daily, and cannot guarantee a spot for you without the paid deposit. The balance is due 1 week before your event.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE BUT CAN BE USED AS A CREDIT IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION.
 
 

Do I need to refrigerate my cake until serving time?

My cakes taste best while at room temperature. Please take them out of the fridge a couple of hours prior to serving, or keep them in a nice cool area. They can keep refrigerated for up to a week.
 

Are your sweets fresh? I hate it when cakes are frozen

I never freeze my cakes or any of my products! Everything is made to order to ensure it tastes its best.
 

When and where is pickup?

We can agree on a date and a time that will work best for both of us. The time and date will also be included on the invoice details.  I offer pick up in Brielle, NJ.
 

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, I do offer delivery for an extra fee; the price changes depending on the delivery location. The fee will include tolls, gas (both ways), and driver’s time. Please message me for more information.
I also offer free delivery to neighboring areas.
 

Do you offer allergen/gluten-free products?

While I do my best to fulfill your request (sanitizing all supplies, making substitutions, and buying gluten/nut-free ingredients). I cannot fully guarantee that there are no trace amounts of the ingredients.
